中国石油网消息:5月1日从川庆钻探长庆固井公司了解到,由这个公司承担施工任务的两口CCUS(碳捕集、利用与封存)重点井已顺利完井,实现全井段优质封固。此次施工成功攻克地层易漏失与二氧化碳腐蚀双重技术难题,为CCUS项目高效推进提供了坚实的工程保障。

China Oil News: On May 1st, a reporter from Chuanqing Drilling Changqing Cementing Company learned that two key CCUS (Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage) wells contracted by this company have been successfully completed, achieving high-quality sealing of the entire well section. This construction successfully overcame the dual technical challenges of easily leaking formations and carbon dioxide corrosion, providing a solid engineering guarantee for the efficient advancement of the CCUS project.


这两口井位于陕西省榆林市定边县冯地坑镇新城滩村,该区块地质条件复杂,钻井与固井过程中易发生井漏。长期注入封存的二氧化碳对水泥石具有极强的腐蚀性,影响后续注气驱油作业。面对挑战,这个公司与长庆油田采油五厂多次开展技术研讨和专项论证。

These two wells are located in Chengtongtan Village, Fengdigeng Town, Dingbian County, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province. The geological conditions in this area are complex, and during the drilling and cementing processes, well leakage is prone to occur. The long-term injection and sealing of carbon dioxide has extremely strong corrosive effects on the cement stone, which affects the subsequent gas injection and oil recovery operations. Facing these challenges, this company has conducted multiple technical discussions and special analyses with the Fifth Oil Production Plant of Changqing Oilfield.


通过反复试验筛选,创新应用纳米微球型、粉末晶枝型两种新型水泥防腐蚀剂,成功构建适配CCUS工况的全井段抗腐蚀水泥浆体系。针对地层易漏失风险,技术团队结合原始钻探地质资料,合理设定注替参数,有效降低环空液柱压力,从技术层面规避井漏风险。

Through repeated experiments and screening, two new types of cement anti-corrosion agents - nano-spherical type and powder dendritic type - were innovatively applied. A full-segment anti-corrosion cement slurry system suitable for CCUS conditions was successfully constructed. To address the risk of formation leakage, the technical team, based on the original drilling geological data, reasonably set the injection and replacement parameters, effectively reducing the annular liquid column pressure, thereby avoiding the risk of well leakage at the technical level.


施工期间,现场严格执行设计方案,精确控制每一项施工参数。最终,两口井水泥浆均全部返出地面,实现全井段优质封固。

During the construction process, the on-site work strictly followed the design plan and precisely controlled every construction parameter. Eventually, the cement slurry from both wells was all successfully retrieved to the surface, achieving high-quality sealing of the entire well section.


下一步,公司将持续深化抗二氧化碳腐蚀固井技术研究,着力形成更加成熟、高效、稳定的CCUS井固井技术体系,为油田绿色低碳转型和实现“双碳”目标提供坚实的技术支撑。
