中国石油网消息:“4月,我们的重污油自主回炼量增长了近5倍,在同类企业中位居前列!”4月29日,云南石化炼油四部主任方璐指着输送重污油的管线说。

China Petroleum Network News: "In April, our self-refining capacity of heavy waste oil increased by nearly five times, ranking among the top in the industry!" On April 29th, Fang Lu, the director of the fourth refining department of Yunnan Petrochemical, pointed at the pipeline transporting heavy waste oil and said.


攻克重污油稳定连续回炼的难题,不仅扭转了重污油罐长期高位运行的被动局面,而且将工业废物转化为合格的回炼原料,走出了一条企业高质量发展的新路子。

Overcoming the challenge of stable and continuous recycling of heavy contaminated oil not only reversed the passive situation where the heavy contaminated oil tank was operating at a high level for a long time, but also transformed industrial waste into qualified raw materials for recycling, opening up a new path for the high-quality development of the enterprise.


云南石化长期加工重质原油,生产过程中产生大量重污油,这些重污油成分复杂、处理难度极大,导致重污油罐长期处于高位运行状态,给安全生产与环境保护带来双重压力。

Yunnan Petrochemical has long processed heavy crude oil, and during the production process, a large amount of heavy waste oil is generated. These heavy waste oils have complex compositions and are extremely difficult to handle, resulting in the heavy waste oil tanks remaining in a high-level operating state for a long time, thereby imposing dual pressures on safe production and environmental protection.


面对这一挑战,云南石化技术攻关团队立足现有装置“做文章”,将突破口放在焦化装置上。由于重污油含水量高且波动大,需先给重污油“脱水瘦身”才能进入装置回炼。

In response to this challenge, the technical research team of Yunnan Petrochemical focused on the existing facilities and chose the coking unit as the breakthrough point. Due to the high moisture content and large fluctuations of the heavy waste oil, it was necessary to first "dehydrate and reduce the volume" of the heavy waste oil before allowing it to enter the unit for re-refining.


团队先后提出多套脱水方案,反复开展工艺比选与现场试验,最终采用放空塔高温油气余热进行换热脱水的措施,这样既无须新增设备投资,又实现了能量梯级利用。

The team proposed multiple dehydration schemes successively, conducted repeated process comparisons and on-site tests, and finally adopted the measure of using the high-temperature gas and oil waste heat from the venting tower for heat exchange and dehydration. This not only did not require additional equipment investment but also achieved energy cascade utilization.


“这场攻坚战,打出了我们的技术实力,更打出了团队的精气神。”方璐说。技术瓶颈突破后,云南石化各部门协同配合,合理平衡全厂生产负荷,全面打通重污油稳定连续回炼流程。

"This tough battle not only showcased our technical capabilities but also demonstrated the team's spirit and vitality," Fang Lu said. After the technical bottlenecks were overcome, various departments of Yunnan Petrochemical worked together to coordinate and balance the production load of the entire plant, and successfully fully established the stable and continuous re-refining process for heavy waste oil.
