中国石油网消息：近日，由川庆钻探牵头提出的《石油天然气工业及低碳能源—钻井与采油设备—油气生产井井下电磁波动态监测系统》国际标准提案（ISO/NP TS26530），经国际标准化组织相关成员国表决通过并正式立项，标志着我国井下电磁波动态监测技术获国际权威认可，我国首次主导该领域国际标准制定。

China Oil News: Recently, the international standard proposal "Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry and Low-Carbon Energy - Drilling and Oil Production Equipment - Downhole Electromagnetic Wave Dynamic Monitoring System for Oil and Gas Production Wells" (ISO/NP TS26530), led by Chuanqing Drilling, was approved by the relevant member states of the International Organization for Standardization and officially launched. This marks that China's downhole electromagnetic wave dynamic monitoring technology has gained international authoritative recognition, and China has taken the lead in formulating international standards in this field for the first time.

此次立项通过的EM-DMS系统国际标准，并非局限于某个单一产品，而是首次在全球范围内明确了该系统的核心定位、适用边界与全生命周期技术规范。从井下的发射器、中继器到地面的解调器，从设计验证到储存运输，标准为产业链上下游提供了统一的“行为准则”。

The international standard for the EM-DMS system approved in this project is not limited to any single product. Instead, it is the first time that the core positioning, applicable boundaries, and full life cycle technical specifications of this system have been clearly defined globally. From the underground transmitters and relays to the ground demodulators, from design verification to storage and transportation, the standard provides a unified "behavioral guideline" for the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain.

随着全球油气合作向深层、非常规领域进军，跨国采购与技术协作日益频繁，这套统一的ISO标准将彻底打通不同厂商产品间的兼容壁垒，统一数据录取质量与通信协议，让井下数据实现跨国、跨公司的“互联互通互认”。

As global oil and gas cooperation moves towards deeper and unconventional fields, cross-border procurement and technological collaboration are becoming increasingly frequent. This unified ISO standard will completely break down the compatibility barriers between different manufacturers' products, standardize data collection quality and communication protocols, and enable cross-border and cross-company "interconnection, interoperability and recognition" of downhole data.

接下来，川庆钻探将严格遵循ISO制定程序，与来自美国、英国、法国、俄罗斯、伊朗、巴西等国家的技术专家组成国际工作组，积极推动标准编制工作，确保标准的科学性、权威性与快速落地。

Next, Chuanqing Drilling will strictly follow the procedures set by ISO and form an international working group with technical experts from countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Russia, Iran, and Brazil. They will actively promote the standard formulation process to ensure the scientificity, authority and rapid implementation of the standards.
