中国石油网消息:4月27日,从煤层气公司获悉,该公司聚焦煤岩气开发痛点难点,加快举升工艺迭代升级,创新应用液力无杆泵、“一拖二”液压抽油机2项举升工艺配套技术,成功破解传统开采瓶颈,取得开发提质、能耗下降、效益提升的多重成效。

China Oil News: On April 27th, it was learned from the Coalbed Methane Company that the company focused on addressing the pain points and difficulties in coal rock gas development, accelerated the iterative upgrading of lifting technologies, and innovatively applied two lifting technology supporting techniques, namely the hydraulic pump without rod and the "one-draw-two-follow" hydraulic pumping unit. As a result, it successfully broke through the traditional production bottlenecks and achieved multiple benefits such as improved development efficiency, reduced energy consumption, and increased profits.


针对大吉气田煤岩气井举升排液难题,煤层气公司创新采用地面液压泵站集中供能模式,推行“一拖二”同步抽汲排液工艺,可同时驱动2口单井高效运转,精准适配该气田煤岩气井开采工况,综合性能显著优于传统游梁式抽油机与射流泵工艺。

To address the problem of fluid discharge during well lifting in the Dagiji gas field's coal rock gas wells, the coalbed methane company innovatively adopted a centralized energy supply mode using a ground hydraulic pump station, and implemented the "one driving two assisting" simultaneous pumping and discharging process. This enables two single wells to operate efficiently simultaneously, precisely adapting to the production conditions of the gas field's coal rock gas wells. The overall performance is significantly superior to that of traditional beam pumping units and jet pumps.


在吉深15-6井台2口煤岩气井投用以来,单井运行能耗较常规游梁机降低12%,单井日产气量提升1.1万立方米。

Since the commissioning of the 2 coal and rock gas wells at Well Platform 15-6 of Jishen Oilfield, the operating energy consumption per well has been reduced by 12% compared to conventional beam pumping units, and the daily gas production per well has increased by 11,000 cubic meters.


在充分总结中浅层煤层气开发成功经验的基础上,煤层气公司系统梳理分析“两川”地区煤岩气井井下故障根源,聚焦低产液、高气液比、高含杂质等复杂生产工况,创新应用液力无杆泵举升工艺,同步采取加装气锚、优化地面设备等举措,为煤岩气井低成本开发提供有力支撑。

Based on a thorough summary of the successful experiences in the development of shallow coalbed methane, the coalbed methane company systematically analyzed the root causes of downhole faults in coal and rock gas wells in the "Liangchuan" area. Focusing on complex production conditions such as low production rate, high gas-liquid ratio, and high impurity content, it innovatively applied the hydraulic rodless pump lifting technology, and simultaneously took measures such as installing gas anchors and optimizing ground equipment, providing strong support for the low-cost development of coal and rock gas wells.


其中,高1-3向3井泵挂下深超2600米,检泵周期延长518天,较常规气举、射流泵排液工艺分别节约能耗95%、80%。

Among them, the pump string of well 1-3 was lowered to a depth of over 2600 meters. The inspection pumping cycle was extended by 518 days, which resulted in energy savings of 95% and 80% compared to conventional gas lift and jet pump liquid discharge processes.
