中国石油网消息:4月20日记者获悉,工程建设公司(CPECC)西南分公司主编制定的石油行业标准《气田采出水处理及资源化利用设计规范》,通过石油工程建设专业标准化委员会设计分标委审查,填补了国内气田采出水资源化利用工程设计规范的行业空白,为国家“双碳”目标和新能源开发提供了重要技术支撑。

China Oil News: On April 20th, a reporter learned that the "Design Specifications for Gas Field Produced Water Treatment and Resource Utilization" formulated by the Southwest Branch of the Engineering Construction Company (CPECC) and published as a petroleum industry standard, has passed the review of the Design Sub-Committee of the Petroleum Engineering Construction Professional Standardization Committee. This standard fills the industry gap in domestic engineering design specifications for the resource utilization of gas field produced water, and provides important technical support for the country's "dual carbon" goals and the development of new energy.


作为气田采出水处理领域首个行业标准,《气田采出水处理及资源化利用设计规范》主要是对气田采出水处理工程设计进行全面规范,重点规定了陆上和滩海陆采新建、扩建或改建的气田采出水达标处理及资源化利用工程设计中的技术要求。

As the first industry standard in the field of gas field produced water treatment, the "Design Specifications for Gas Field Produced Water Treatment and Resource Utilization" mainly provides comprehensive regulations for the design of gas field produced water treatment projects. It particularly stipulates the technical requirements for the design of new, expanded, or renovated gas field produced water treatment and resource utilization projects on land and in coastal areas.


西南分公司基于气田采出水高含硫、高COD、高TDS、高硬度、可生化性差等实际,联合西南油气田公司等单位开展了气田采出水有价元素提取专项研究攻关,并在龙王庙提锂工程等项目上进行了实践,并于2024年策划并申报立项了这一行业标准。

The Southwest Branch, based on the actual conditions of high sulfur, high COD, high TDS, high hardness and poor biodegradability of the produced water from the gas field, jointly carried out a special research and technological breakthrough project on extracting valuable elements from the gas field produced water with the Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company and other units. They also conducted practical applications in projects such as the lithium extraction project at Longwangmiao. In 2024, they planned and applied for the approval of this industry standard.


该标准的实施,对油气行业水处理及资源化利用和“废水”变“资源”具有重要的指导意义。

The implementation of this standard holds significant guiding importance for the water treatment and resource utilization in the oil and gas industry, as well as for transforming "waste water" into "resources".
