中国石油网消息：4月20日，记者从锦西石化获悉，该公司坚持“硬件提质、软件增效”双轮驱动，自去年通过提能改造破解烷基化装置运行瓶颈以来，持续深化工艺优化与精细管理，全力挖潜增效。截至目前，装置累计生产烷基化油21万吨，增效约4000万元。

China Petroleum News: On April 20th, a reporter from Jinxi Petrochemical Company learned that the company has been implementing a dual-drive strategy of "improving hardware quality and enhancing software efficiency". Since last year, after resolving the operational bottlenecks of the alkylation unit through capacity expansion and renovation, the company has continuously deepened process optimization and meticulous management, and is making every effort to increase efficiency and achieve savings. As of now, the unit has produced 210,000 tons of alkylation oil, and has achieved savings of approximately 40 million yuan.

长期以来，烷基化装置受夏季高温影响导致产能释放不足，已成为行业普遍面临的共性难题。为解决问题，锦西石化抓住“五年一修”窗口期，将烷基化装置提能改造列为重点攻关项目，通过新增两组空冷设备，显著提升装置散热能力与运行弹性。

For a long time, the alkylation unit has suffered from insufficient production capacity due to high temperatures in summer, which has become a common problem faced by the industry. To solve this issue, Jinxi Petrochemical seized the "five-year overhaul" window period and listed the capacity enhancement and renovation of the alkylation unit as a key research project. By adding two sets of air-cooling equipment, the unit's heat dissipation capacity and operational flexibility were significantly improved.

改造投用后，锦西石化烷基化装置生产韧性显著增强，高负荷稳定运行成为常态，最高生产负荷攀升至118%，月均产量提升至约2.3万吨，较以往峰值水平高出约15%，彻底打破外部条件对产能的限制。

After the renovation and commissioning, the alkylation unit of Jinxi Petrochemical Company has significantly enhanced its production capacity. High-load stable operation has become the norm. The maximum production load has risen to 118%, and the monthly average output has increased to approximately 23,000 tons, which is about 15% higher than the previous peak level. This has completely broken the limitation of external conditions on production capacity.

在硬件升级的同时，锦西石化同步发力工艺优化与精细管理，推动装置由“能运行”向“高效优运”转变。技术人员依托流程模拟软件精准测算，锁定最佳反应温度区间并实施精准管控。

While upgrading the hardware, Jinxi Petrochemical also simultaneously focused on process optimization and meticulous management, driving the plant to transform from "able to operate" to "efficient and high-quality operation". The technicians used process simulation software to accurately calculate and determine the optimal reaction temperature range, and implemented precise control.

严把原料质量关口，严格执行循环异丁烷纯度标准，将关键指标纳入班组考核，依托在线分析仪表实时监测、动态调整，实现全流程、全要素精细化管控，有效提升反应效率与产品收率。

Strictly control the quality of raw materials, strictly follow the purity standards for recycled isobutane, incorporate key indicators into the team's assessment, rely on online analytical instruments for real-time monitoring and dynamic adjustment, achieve refined management of the entire process and all elements, and effectively enhance reaction efficiency and product yield.
