It ingeniously utilizes the pressure of the crude oil itself to effectively control the evaporation of gas and oil from the liquid surface within a single sealed area. 与传统技术相比,该装置具备三大显著优势: Compared with traditional technologies, this device has three significant advantages: 一是自适应能力强,装置一端固定于浮盘,另一端自由延伸至液体中,可自动补偿罐体运行中的变形; One of its advantages is its strong adaptability. One end of the device is fixed to the floating disc, while the other end extends freely into the liquid. It can automatically compensate for the deformation of the tank during operation. 二是本质安全水平高,彻底消除了因一、二次密封区域油气浓度超标带来的环境污染及燃爆风险; Second, the safety level is extremely high, completely eliminating the environmental pollution and explosion risks caused by the excessive concentration of oil and gas in the primary and secondary sealing areas. 三是使用寿命长,设计寿命超过20年,是传统囊式密封装置的3倍以上,大幅降低了全生命周期维护成本。 Thirdly, it has a long service life, with a design lifespan exceeding 20 years.
