中国石油网消息：4月20日记者获悉，由安全环保院自主设计的国内首台活塞型一次密封装置，在某油田5万立方米原油储罐完成工业性试验。

China Petroleum News: On April 20th, a reporter learned that the first piston-type single-sealing device independently designed by the Safety and Environmental Protection Institute has completed an industrial test in a 50,000 cubic meter crude oil storage tank at a certain oilfield.

经过连续数月的现场监测，该储罐一、二次密封区域最大油气浓度远优于《陆上石油天然气开采工业大气污染物排放标准》（GB39728—2020）中的限值要求，标志着我国在储罐无组织挥发治理领域取得关键突破。

After continuous on-site monitoring over several months, the maximum concentration of oil and gas in the first and second sealing areas of the storage tank was far lower than the limit requirements stipulated in the "Standards for Atmospheric Pollutant Emissions from Onshore Oil and Gas Extraction Industry" (GB39728—2020), marking a key breakthrough in the field of unorganized emission control of storage tanks in China.

针对挥发性有机液体储罐逸散这一石油石化行业VOCs治理的重点与难点，该院专家团队打破传统囊式密封技术局限，创新研发了活塞型一次密封装置。

In response to the key and challenging issue of VOCs emissions from volatile organic liquid storage tanks in the petrochemical industry, the expert team of this institute broke through the limitations of traditional capsule-type sealing technology and innovatively developed a piston-type one-time sealing device.

该装置集成高硬度防护板、高强度防渗油膜及专用浮盘连接器件等模块化组件，巧妙地利用原油自身压强，将液面蒸发油气有效控制在一次密封区域内。

This device integrates modular components such as high-hardness protective plates, high-strength anti-seepage oil films, and dedicated floating disc connection devices. It ingeniously utilizes the pressure of the crude oil itself to effectively control the evaporation of gas and oil from the liquid surface within a single sealed area.

与传统技术相比，该装置具备三大显著优势：

Compared with traditional technologies, this device has three significant advantages:

一是自适应能力强，装置一端固定于浮盘，另一端自由延伸至液体中，可自动补偿罐体运行中的变形；

One of its advantages is its strong adaptability. One end of the device is fixed to the floating disc, while the other end extends freely into the liquid. It can automatically compensate for the deformation of the tank during operation.

二是本质安全水平高，彻底消除了因一、二次密封区域油气浓度超标带来的环境污染及燃爆风险；

Second, the safety level is extremely high, completely eliminating the environmental pollution and explosion risks caused by the excessive concentration of oil and gas in the primary and secondary sealing areas.

三是使用寿命长，设计寿命超过20年，是传统囊式密封装置的3倍以上，大幅降低了全生命周期维护成本。

Thirdly, it has a long service life, with a design lifespan exceeding 20 years. It is more than three times longer than traditional bladder-type sealing devices, significantly reducing the maintenance costs throughout the entire lifecycle.
