中国石油网消息：4月14日，记者从中国石油生产经营管理部获悉，面对去冬今春“冷暖转换”频繁、多轮寒潮叠加的考验，中国石油坚持稳字当头、精准施策，统筹调度各方资源，产业链运行整体平稳可控，单日最高供气量超10亿立方米，圆满完成天然气保供各项任务。

China Oil News: On April 14th, a reporter from the China Petroleum Production and Management Department learned that in the face of the frequent "cold-warm transitions" and multiple rounds of cold waves this winter, China Petroleum has adhered to the principle of stability, implemented precise measures, coordinated the allocation of various resources, and ensured the overall smooth and controllable operation of the industrial chain. The maximum daily gas supply reached over 1 billion cubic meters, successfully completing all tasks related to natural gas supply security.

去冬今春，中国石油多次召开专题会议部署保供工作，从供给端和需求端加强形势分析研判，克服资源紧张的困难，把“时时放心不下”的责任感，转化为“事事心中有底”的行动力，坚决守住民生用能底线。

Last winter and this spring, China National Petroleum Corporation held multiple special meetings to deploy supply guarantee work. They strengthened situation analysis and judgment from both the supply and demand sides, overcame the difficulties caused by resource shortages, transformed the sense of "always worrying about not being able to meet expectations" into the action ability of "having full confidence in everything", and resolutely safeguarded the bottom line of people's energy supply.

能源“压舱石”底气更足。中国石油各大气田全力增储上产，加大老井检修力度，为冬季保供筑牢产能基础。长庆油田本轮供暖季期间日均产气量稳定在1.5亿立方米以上。

The "ballast stone" for energy is more confident. China's major oil fields are making every effort to increase reserves and production, and are intensifying maintenance of old wells, laying a solid foundation for ensuring energy supply during the winter. During this heating season, the Changqing Oilfield's average daily gas production has remained above 150 million cubic meters.

西南油气田突出“常非并举”，常规气、致密气、页岩气等主力气区实现高产稳产，供气量较去年同期增长超8%。青海油田完成各类增产措施516井次，涩北气田新井贡献率达60%，保障了青海、甘肃和西藏地区民生及生产用气需求。

The Southwest Oil and Gas Field has emphasized the "simultaneous development of conventional and unconventional resources". The main gas areas such as conventional gas, tight gas, and shale gas have achieved high and stable production, with the gas supply volume increasing by over 8% compared to the same period last year. The Qinghai Oilfield has implemented 516 well enhancement measures of various types, and the contribution rate of new wells in the Shebeni Gas Field has reached 60%. This has ensured the gas supply needs for people's livelihood and production in Qinghai, Gansu, and Xizang regions.

China National Oilfield Technical Services has intensified drilling efforts in key areas such as Daqing, Tarim and Southwest, with an average of 525 drilling rigs in use each month and a total of 1,443 wells drilled.

在能源保供队伍中，新能源等绿色能源的供暖范围正不断扩大。地热供暖在保障民生需求的同时，有效替代天然气消费，降低用能成本。据中国石油油气和新能源分公司介绍，2025年中国石油地热供暖面积突破7000万平方米，建成河北曹妃甸、山东武城等一批示范项目，得到地方政府和人民群众认可。

天然气产业链韧性更强。作为国产气的多元补给，储气库、骨干管网及海外进口气协同发力。2025年冬季，我国最大深层储气库塔里木油田牙哈储气库，以及我国首座低渗泛连通储气库长庆油田榆37储气库投产，推动中国石油储气库单日最高采气量、累计采气量均刷新历史纪录。

The resilience of the natural gas industry chain is stronger. As a diversified supply source for domestic gas, the storage reservoirs, backbone pipelines, and overseas imported gas work together. In the winter of 2025, the largest deep storage reservoir in China, the Tahe Storage Reservoir in the Tarim Oilfield, and the first low-permeability fully interconnected storage reservoir, the Yuzhou 37 Storage Reservoir in the Changqing Oilfield, were put into operation. This has enabled China National Petroleum Corporation to set new historical records for the maximum daily gas extraction volume and cumulative gas extraction volume of its storage reservoirs.

The International Business Company actively sought additional resources during the peak month of LNG demand, took multiple measures to secure imported pipeline gas resources, flexibly optimized the resource schedule, precisely matched the supply-demand requirements, and maintained a smooth and efficient transition between "supply guarantee" and "freeway operation".

智能化保供方式更加多样。中油国际管道以数智技术筑牢保供防线。中乌天然气管道WKC2&GCS站通过智能算法实时监测设备状态，确保平稳输气。中哈天然气管道运用先进传感技术与大数据分析，化身冬供一线的“电子巡线员”，安全管理效率提升近50%。

The intelligent supply guarantee methods have become more diverse. China Oil International Pipeline has built a supply guarantee defense line with digital and intelligent technologies. The WKC2 & GCS stations of the China-Ukraine Natural Gas Pipeline use intelligent algorithms to monitor the equipment status in real time, ensuring stable gas transmission. The China-Kazakhstan Natural Gas Pipeline employs advanced sensing technology and big data analysis to transform into the "electronic patrol officer" on the front line of winter supply, increasing the safety management efficiency by nearly 50%.

陆上天然气运输同样跑出智能加速度。昆仑物流公司搭建智能调度和全流程可视化管控体系，通过实时分析路况与运力分布，动态调整运输方案，去冬今春完成成品油配送3640万吨、液化天然气和压缩天然气配送361万吨。

Onshore natural gas transportation has also achieved significant intelligent acceleration. Kunlun Logistics has established an intelligent dispatching and full-process visual control system. By analyzing real-time traffic conditions and transportation capacity distribution, it dynamically adjusts transportation plans. During the winter and spring of this year, it completed the delivery of 36.4 million tons of refined oil, and 3.61 million tons of liquefied natural gas and compressed natural gas.

用户服务更加细心贴心。面对天然气发电调峰与民生采暖需求“双峰叠加”，中国石油灵活调节资源供应量，在极端条件下“顶得上、顶得住、顶得久”。天然气销售滚动研判气象与用气趋势，针对西北、华北等受强寒潮影响较重区域，组织城燃用户提前升压储备，确保安全平稳供气。

The Natural Gas Sales Xinjiang Company has been fighting against multiple severe weather conditions such as strong cold waves and sandstorms. It has continuously improved user services.
