中国石油网消息:4月14日,从川庆钻探公司获悉,该公司自研的温控固化气滞段塞封隔技术在平安X井成功应用,一举解决了高活跃气层安全起钻的难题,使循环总烃含量由100%降至7%,火焰自行熄灭,实现了凉高山组气层的精准封隔,为复杂工况下的油气井作业再添一道可靠防线。

China Oil News: On April 14th, it was learned from Chuanqing Drilling Company that the temperature-controlled solidification gas plug-sealing technology independently developed by the company was successfully applied in Ping'an X Well. This technology has successfully solved the problem of safe wellhead lifting in highly active gas layers, reducing the total hydrocarbon content in the circulation from 100% to 7%, causing the flame to extinguish on its own, and achieving precise sealing of the gas layer of the Lankang Mountain Formation. It has added another reliable defense line for oil and gas well operations under complex conditions.


平安X井是大庆油田川渝探区的一口评价井,目的层为凉高山组。该井二开钻至3077.83米时发生溢流,最高总烃含量达100%,火焰高6米;压井后又发生井漏。因裸眼段近3000米、薄弱点多,无法通过常规方式降低气侵,面临巨大的起钻风险。

Well Ping'an X is an eva luation well in the Sichuan and Chongqing exploration area of Daqing Oilfield. The target formation is the Lankang Mountain Formation. During the second drilling stage of this well, an overflow occurred when it reached a depth of 3077.83 meters. The maximum total hydrocarbon content reached 100%, with a flame height of 6 meters. After the well was pressured shut in, another well leakage occurred. Due to the nearly 3,000-meter-long uncoated section and numerous weak points, it was impossible to reduce gas invasion through conventional methods, and there was a huge risk of pulling out the drill string.


川庆钻探自研的温控固化气滞段塞封隔技术,利用固化剂与清水配制成易泵送浆体,在地层温度激发下胶结固化。该技术稠化时间可调、与钻井液配伍性好、抗气窜污染、固化塞可钻性强,能有效隔断高压气层上窜通道与井筒漏失路径。

The temperature-controlled solidification gas plug-sealing technology independently developed by Chuanqing Drilling utilizes a mixture of curing agent and water to form a pumpable slurry. Under the stimulation of the formation temperature, it undergoes gelation and solidification. This technology allows for adjustable thickening time, good compatibility with drilling fluid, resistance to gas migration pollution, and strong drillability of the solid plug, effectively blocking the upward migration path of the high-pressure gas layer and the leakage path of the wellbore.


施工中,技术人员采用原钻具在井底注入温控固化浆体,顶替到位后起钻至塞面循环,候凝后成功封隔气层和漏层。总烃含量从100%降至7%,火焰自行熄灭,为后续中完电测创造了有利条件,也验证了该技术在溢漏复杂井中的广泛适用性。

During the construction process, the technicians used the original drilling tools to inject temperature-controlled curing slurry at the bottom of the well. After the replacement was completed, the drill pipe was raised to the surface to circulate, and after setting, the gas layer and leakage layer were successfully sealed. The total hydrocarbon content decreased from 100% to 7%. The flame extinguished by itself, creating favorable conditions for the subsequent completion of electrical logging, and also verifying the wide applicability of this technology in complex overflow wells.
