中国石油网消息:4月12日,记者获悉,吐哈油田鲁克沁采油管理区开展的伴生气回收回注探索取得突破。目前,日均5万立方米的伴生气被成功回注地层,成为驱油“利器”,预计年回收超1500万立方米,实现了降本增效与绿色环保的双赢。 China Oil News: On April 12th, it was reported that the Luokechen Oil Production Management Area of Tuha Oilfield has made a breakthrough in the exploration of recovering and reinjecting associated gas. Currently, 50,000 cubic meters of associated gas per day have been successfully reinjected into the formation, becoming an effective oil-drilling tool. It is estimated that over 15 million cubic meters of associated gas will be recovered annually, achieving a win-win situation of cost reduction, efficiency improvement and environmental protection. 鲁克沁采油管理区是吐哈稠油生产的主阵地。此前,伴随原油开发返回地面的气体,因不具备规模化生产条件,被直接排空或进入火炬燃烧。这类伴生气组分复杂、热值低,利用难度大,因此长期存在能源浪费问题。吐哈油田以鲁克沁采油管理区为试点,提出“地下+地面”一体化治理理念。 Luokeqing Oil Production Management Area is the main production base for heavy oil extraction in the Turpan Oilfield. Previously, the gases returned to the surface along with the crude oil for development were either directly discharged or burned in the flare due to the lack of conditions for large-scale production. These gases have complex components and low calorific value, making their utilization difficult, thus leading to persistent energy waste problems. The Turpan Oilfield has taken Luokeqing Oil Production Management Area as a pilot project and proposed the "underground + surface" integrated management concept. 在无成熟经验可循的情况下,吐哈油田坚持“实用可行”原则。2025年4月底,安装了2套中压采气装置,对阀组回收的伴生气进行增压后实施回注。同年12月底,从吐鲁番采油管理区调拨1台闲置增压机组,将低压伴生气增压达到注气要求。同时完成各阀组回收管线组网,基本实现伴生气“零放空”。回注量由初期日注1万立方米逐步增至4万余立方米,目前稳定在日均5万立方米。 In the absence of any mature experience to follow, the Tuha Oilfield adhered to the principle of "practical and feasible". At the same time, the pipeline network for recovering each valve group was completed, and the "zero venting" of associated gas was basically achieved.
