中国石油网消息：截至4月3日，大港油田“海洋及陆上重点油气站场人员定位系统”已平稳运行超过90天。该系统构建形成了国内领先的油气站场人员智能安全管控体系，树立了“工业互联网+安全生产”的实践标杆。

China Oil News: As of April 3rd, the "Marine and Onshore Key Oil and Gas Station Personnel Positioning System" of Dagang Oilfield has been operating smoothly for over 90 days. This system has established a leading intelligent safety management system for personnel at oil and gas stations in China, and has set a practical benchmark for "Industrial Internet + Safety Production".

油气田站场环境复杂，干扰因素多，安全要求高。针对人员精准定位与动态管控难题，该系统覆盖15座重点站场，在装置密集区采用“超宽带信标+蓝牙融合”技术，实现厘米级高精度定位；在开阔区域采用“北斗+蓝牙融合”技术，兼顾覆盖范围与成本效益。系统定位的连续性和可用性均达99%以上。

The environment of oil and gas field stations is complex, with numerous interfering factors and high safety requirements. To address the challenges of precise personnel positioning and dynamic control, this system covers 15 key stations. In densely-located areas, the "ultra-wideband beacon + Bluetooth integration" technology is adopted to achieve centimeter-level high-precision positioning; in open areas, the "Beidou + Bluetooth integration" technology is used, balancing coverage and cost-effectiveness. The continuity and availability of the system's positioning are both above 99%.

系统于1月1日全面投用，构建形成了集电子围栏、超员报警、滞留预警、SOS一键求救、人员聚集分析等多功能于一体的智能风险防控体系。可自动识别违规进入危险区域、长时间静止等异常行为，并及时推送预警。

The system was fully launched on January 1st, forming an intelligent risk prevention and control system that integrates functions such as electronic fences, over-capacity alarms, stay-ahead warnings, SOS emergency calls, and personnel concentration analysis. It can automatically identify abnormal behaviors such as unauthorized entry into dangerous areas and prolonged inactivity, and promptly send out warnings.

海洋及陆上重点油气站场人员定位系统的建成投用，标志着油田在安全生产数字化转型领域取得新突破，为同类企业提供了可借鉴经验。
