全球首个实现海上风电直连、海水自然冷却的商用海底数据中心——上海临港海底数据中心4月2日正式全面商用投运。这一项目打破海上风电消纳与数据中心低碳发展双重瓶颈,开创“海上风电+海底算力”算电一体全新模式。

The world's first commercial subsea data center that directly connects to offshore wind power and uses seawater for natural cooling - the Shanghai Lingang Subsea Data Center - officially began full-scale commercial operation on April 2nd. This project has broken through the dual bottlenecks of offshore wind power consumption and the low-carbon development of data centers, and has pioneered a new model of "offshore wind + subsea computing power" that integrates computing and power.


据悉,该项目坐落于上海浦东临港南汇嘴东部海域,距岸约13公里,由海兰云科技牵头,联合申能集团、中国电信、上海仪电、中交三航等多家企业共建;总投资达16亿元,整体规划规模24MW,分两期建设推进。

It is reported that this project is located in the eastern sea area of Nanhui Bay in Pudong, Shanghai, about 13 kilometers from the shore. It is led by Hailanyun Technology and jointly constructed by several enterprises including Shenergy Group, China Telecom, Shanghai Yilei, and China Communications Third Ocean Engineering. The total investment amounts to 1.6 billion yuan, with an overall planning scale of 24MW and the construction will be carried out in two phases.


此次正式投运的为项目一期工程,装机规模2.3MW,单舱重量约1900吨,部署于海底8-10米深处,此前已完成为期近两个月的试运行调试,各项核心指标均达到设计标准,顺利转入商业化运营阶段。

The project that has been officially put into operation this time is the first phase of the project. The installed capacity is 2.3 MW, and the weight of each module is approximately 1,900 tons. It is deployed at a depth of 8-10 meters under the sea. It has completed a nearly two-month trial operation and debugging process. All core indicators have met the design standards and have smoothly transitioned to the commercial operation stage.
