中国石油网消息:3月16日,由川庆钻探公司80025队承钻的浙江油田大安1H31-3井顺利完成油层套管固井,完钻井深8010米,水平段长3700米,钻井周期69.83天,钻完井周期77.89天,一举刷新国内深层页岩气井井深最深、水平段最长、钻井周期最短3项纪录。

China Oil News: On March 16th, the 80025 team of Sichuan Qingzeng Drilling Company successfully completed the cementing of the oil layer casing for the Da'an 1H31-3 well in Zhejiang Oilfield. The well was drilled to a total depth of 8,010 meters, with a horizontal section length of 3,700 meters. The drilling cycle was 69.83 days, and the total drilling and completion cycle was 77.89 days.


面对超长水平段带来的高温、挟砂难、摩阻大等挑战,川庆钻探油气井工程项目管理部协同各专业公司,攻克多项技术瓶颈。钻井过程中,项目团队创新采用“精准导向+高温旋导+科学钻井+极限参数+控压降密度+井筒清洁”模式,通过高转速大排量清洁井筒,应用“强化微裂隙封堵、抗高温、降低压力传递”钻井液体系,成功将钻井液密度降至1.81克/立方厘米,较设计参数降低约12%。

Facing the challenges such as high temperatures, sand entrapment, and high friction brought by the extremely long horizontal sections, the Engineering Management Department of Chuanqing Drilling Oil and Gas Well Project collaborated with various professional companies to overcome multiple technical obstacles. During the drilling process, the project team innovatively adopted the "precise guidance + high-temperature spiral guide + scientific drilling + extreme parameters + controlled pressure drop density + wellbore cleaning" mode. By using a high-speed and large-displacement method to clean the wellbore and applying a drilling fluid system that "enhances micro-crack sealing, resists high temperatures, and reduces pressure transmission", they successfully reduced the drilling fluid density to 1.81 grams per cubic centimeter, approximately 12% lower than the designed parameters.


川庆钻探井下作业公司组织下属多家单位联合作战,投用智慧固井系统,依托动态仿真优化与无线实时监测为作业装上“数字大脑”。施工中精准采用双漂浮加旋转下套管工艺,配套自研加砂胶乳防窜水泥浆体系,3台大功率单机泵主力施工,最终实现全井段优质封固,替浆一次碰压到位,环空逐级憋压至15兆帕,全过程参数受控。

Chuanqing Drilling's Downhole Operations Company organized multiple subordinate units to conduct joint operations and deployed the intelligent cementing system. Relying on dynamic simulation optimization and wireless real-time monitoring, they equipped the operation with a "digital brain". During the construction process, they precisely adopted the double-floating and rotary casing lowering technology, and equipped it with a self-developed sand-laden latex anti-slip cement slurry system. Three high-power single-unit pumps were the main construction force. Finally, the entire well section was successfully sealed with high-quality cement, the displacement was completed in one operation with pressure fitting, the annular space was pressurized step by step to 15 megapascals, and all process parameters were under control.


该井的成功实施,标志着深层页岩气超长水平井钻井技术取得重大突破,形成的技术模式将为区块同类井提供可复制的实践案例。

The successful implementation of this well marks a significant breakthrough in the drilling technology for ultra-long horizontal wells in deep shale gas. The resulting technical model will provide a replicable practical example for similar wells in the same area.
