在天津南港北京燃气天津南港码头，船长298.98米、船宽48米的“光辉（PRISM BRILLIANCE）”号LNG运输船顺利靠泊北京燃气天津南港码头。靠泊后，接收站工作人员迅速启动预冷作业，于当日16时完成全部预冷工作，随即转入反装作业阶段。历经44小时不间断奋战，于2月26日12时圆满完成6.7万吨LNG的反装作业，并且在全过程中实现零火炬排放。

At the Beijing Gas Tianjin Nangang Terminal in Tianjin Nangang, the "PRISM BRILLIANCE" LNG carrier, which is 298.98 meters long and 48 meters wide, smoothly docked at the Beijing Gas Tianjin Nangang Terminal. After the docking, the receiving station staff quickly initiated the pre-cooling operation and completed all the pre-cooling work at 16:00 on the same day. Then they immediately entered the reverse loading operation stage. After 44 hours of continuous hard work, on February 26 at 12:00, the reverse loading operation of 67,000 tons of LNG was successfully completed, and during the entire process, zero torch emissions were achieved.

反装船是保税国际贸易中的关键环节，其技术难点主要集中在船岸对接后的蒸发气（BOG）处理上。传统作业模式下，超量的BOG通常需通过火炬燃烧进行处理。零火炬排放模式下，通常以再液化或综合利用的方式处理超量的BOG，有助于实现能源利用和环境保护的双赢。

Reverse loading is a crucial step in bonded international trade. The technical difficulties mainly lie in the treatment of the vaporized gas (BOG) after the ship-shore connection. Under the traditional operation mode, excessive BOG usually needs to be treated by burning in a flare. In the zero-flare emission mode, the excessive BOG is usually handled through re-liquefaction or comprehensive utilization, which helps achieve a win-win situation for energy utilization and environmental protection.

本次作业中，北京燃气天津南港LNG接收站工作团队充分借鉴月初“武当（WUDANG）”号整船反装作业首次实现零火炬排放的成功经验，将操作流程转化为标准作业手册，进一步优化作业流程，与船方密切沟通、精准配合，再次成功实现整船反装作业零火炬排放。

In this operation, the working team of Beijing Gas Tianjin Nangang LNG Receiving Station fully drew on the successful experience of the "WUDANG" ship's entire ship reverse loading operation, which was the first to achieve zero torch emissions. They transformed the operation procedures into a standard operation manual, further optimized the operation process, closely communicated with the shipowner and cooperated precisely, and successfully achieved zero torch emissions for the entire ship reverse loading operation again.

作为丙午马年完成的第一船反装作业，本次零火炬排放不仅为客户有效节约了资源消耗与经济成本，也以过硬的技术实力凸显了北京燃气天津南港LNG接收站在保税业务领域优质的服务能力，为新年保税业务取得了“开门红”。
