中国石油网消息：3月17日，宝石机械与深圳新能源研究院、独山子石化、新疆寰球工程公司联合研制的，中国石油首套4000标准立方米/小时（简称标方）电解水制氢气液分离及纯化装置，在新疆进入现场组装环节，随后将正式开展示范化应用。

China Oil News: On March 17th, the China Petroleum's first 4000 standard cubic meters per hour (abbreviated as "standard cubic meter") electrolysis water hydrogen production, liquid separation and purification device, jointly developed by Gemstone Machinery, Shenzhen New Energy Research Institute, Dushanzi Petrochemical and Xinjiang Huangu Engineering Company, has entered the on-site assembly stage in Xinjiang. Subsequently, it will officially commence demonstration applications.

This marks a crucial step for China National Petroleum Corporation in the research, development and manufacturing of large-scale core devices for green hydrogen production, providing important equipment support for the group's green and low-carbon transformation during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period and the large-scale development of the hydrogen industry.

　　电解水制氢气液分离装置，可高效完成电解槽产出氢气、氧气与碱液的分离、洗涤、冷却工序，实现碱液高效回收与气体初步净化。纯化装置与同规格气液分离装置配套使用，采用先进的变温吸附、再生纯化工艺，深度提升氢气纯度，氢气纯度可达99.999%。

The hydrogen production and liquid separation device for electrolyzing water can efficiently complete the separation, washing, and cooling processes of hydrogen, oxygen, and alkaline solution produced by the electrolyzer, achieving efficient recovery of alkaline solution and preliminary purification of gases. The purification device is used in conjunction with the gas-liquid separation device of the same specification. It adopts advanced temperature-variable adsorption and regeneration purification technology to significantly enhance the purity of hydrogen, with the hydrogen purity reaching up to 99.999%.

　　电解水制氢设备包括电解槽、气液分离及纯化装置、直流电源、控制系统等。目前，宝石机械已具有电解水制氢全部主要设备设计制造能力，2023年研制成功的1200标方电解槽，已经在新疆进行工业化应用，使用效果良好。此次研制成功的4000标方电解水制氢气液分离及纯化装置，是针对大型风光氢储一体化、工业大规模脱碳、跨区域氢能储运、高端燃料电池配套场景的高端装备，多工艺兼容适配，智能化水平高。

The hydrogen production equipment through electrolysis of water includes electrolytic cells, gas-liquid separation and purification devices, DC power supplies, control systems, etc. Currently, Gemstone Machinery has the design and manufacturing capabilities for all the main equipment for hydrogen production by electrolysis of water. The 1200-standard-cubic-meter electrolytic cell successfully developed in 2023 has been put into industrial application in Xinjiang and has achieved good results. The 4000-standard-cubic-meter hydrogen production gas-liquid separation and purification device successfully developed this time is a high-end equipment for large-scale integrated photovoltaic-hydrogen-storage, large-scale industrial decarbonization, cross-regional hydrogen storage and transportation, and high-end fuel cell supporting scenarios. It is compatible with multiple processes, has a high level of intelligence.
