混合制冷剂液化流程(MRC)是以C1至C5的碳氢化合物及N2等数种多组分混合制冷剂为工质,进行逐级冷凝、蒸发、节流膨胀,得到不同温度水平的制冷量,以达到逐步冷却和液化经脱酸和脱水等净化处理的天然气的目的。

The mixed refrigerant liquefaction process (MRC) uses various multi-component refrigerants such as C1 to C5 hydrocarbons and N2 as the working medium. Through successive stages of condensation, evaporation, and throttling expansion, it generates refrigeration capacity at different temperature levels, aiming to gradually cool and liquefy the purified natural gas that has undergone desulfurization and dehydration processes.

适用工况:

  • 适用气量:1×104 Nm3/d ~ 300×104 Nm3/d

  • 液化天然气温度可低至-162℃

  • 适用气源压力:常压~8.0MPa

Applicable conditions:

  • Applicable gas volume: 1×104 Nm3/d ~ 300×104 Nm3/d
  • The temperature of liquefied natural gas can drop as low as -162℃.
  • Applicable air source pressure: Atmospheric pressure ~ 8.0 MPa
