带预冷混合冷剂循环工艺(PCMR)实现天然气的液化。带预冷的混合冷剂循环工艺(PCMR)分为天然气预冷和混合冷剂循环制冷两个阶段。在预冷阶段,天然气在进入冷箱前将被作为预冷制冷剂的丙烷预冷,之后天然气在冷箱内通过混合冷剂循环制冷液化为LNG,混合制冷剂为氮气、甲烷、乙烷、丙烷的混合物。

The liquefaction of natural gas is achieved through the pre-cooled mixed refrigerant cycle process (PCMR). The pre-cooled mixed refrigerant cycle process (PCMR) is divided into two stages: pre-cooling of natural gas and refrigeration by the mixed refrigerant cycle. In the pre-cooling stage, the natural gas will be pre-cooled as propane, which is the pre-cooling refrigerant, before entering the cold box. Then, in the cold box, the natural gas undergoes refrigeration by the mixed refrigerant cycle and is liquefied into LNG. The mixed refrigerant consists of nitrogen, methane, ethane, and propane.
